Workplace wellbeing team workshops

Dr Vicky Sully has developed a wide range of activities and teaching methods that can be delivered to teams as small as three members to as large as three hundred.

Workshops provide education on all sorts of issues that we experience in the workplace such as stress, burnout, moral injury and presentism and more.

Using research-based interventions employees can emerge from a three-hour workshop with ideas and strategies they can use immediately.

Workshops can be incorporated into a team away day or a stand-alone event. There is consistently good feedback from workshops and people say they are thought provoking, fun and offer practical advice.
